The Univex Iris is a simple viewfinder camera sold by the Universal Camera Corp in the late 1930s. It was meant to use Univex No. 00 film which is similar but not quite identical to 828 film (the No. 00 spools are slightly different, but respooling 828 film onto them should work) and produces 28x38mm frames. The camera features an Ilex Vitar 50mm f7.9 lens on a telescoping tube with adjustable apertures from f7.9 to f22. Shutter speed modes include Instant, Bulb and Time.
